What if I can't open a file I downloaded?

Once you have downloaded the file, you will need Adobe Acrobat to view it. Almost every computer already has it installed.

If you have Adobe Acrobat and cannot view the file, you should try downloading a fresh copy and reinstalling. This has fixed nearly every problem reported regarding viewing the files once downloaded. Out of more than 10 thousand documents sold, we have only had 1 or 2 cases where we had to issue a refund because the customer couldn't open the file.
