  • Sessions are online, like webinars but more interactive, with exercises to be completed between sessions.
  • Sessions start with a review of the exercises to provide progress feedback and an opportunity for comparison/contrast so that you can learn from the approaches taken by others.

  • Each session begins at 11:00am EDT (UTC-4) and lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
