We'll cover how proposal planning lays the foundation for proposal quality. We'll also cover how to smooth the transition from business development into proposal writing, how to accelerate your proposal plans, key decisions and trade-offs, and our favorite topic: how to cheat.

This is an online course with recorded presentations and scheduled Q&A/Discussion sessions, so you can participate remotely. It is free for Premium Members of our site. To join us, first become a Premium Member of our site, and then register by using this form. We email you with when and how to view the recorded presentations and multiple times when you can participate in the Q&A/Discussion.

  • Next month the topic will be maximizing your Customer Contacts and how to create contact plans. We'll cover what you can say, what you shouldn't say, and how to go about it strategically.
  • In April, the topic will be Developing Winning Proposal Strategies. We'll cover how your circumstances should impact your choice of strategies and how your strategies become the overall message of your proposal.

We offer a course like these each month to our Premium Members. Once you become a Premium Member, there is no charge to participate.
