Sample proposals are treated like trade secrets. There are hardly any sample proposals available on the web. Not even old, out-of-date ones that the authors no longer care about.
Sample proposals are a mirage. They do more harm than good. If you adapt a proposal for someone else, your proposal will not be designed exclusively around the needs of your business and your customers. This is how you lose. Even if you could find a sample, you might not want to. Besides, if it's any good, it will be highly tailored to a specific type of business and a specific customer's needs. As you can see above, there are an infinite variety of businesses and customers.
