How to Write an Executive SummaryYou should write an Executive Summary to articulate what you want the reader to conclude after reading the rest of your proposal. An Executive Summary is the most important part of your proposal. An Executive Summary may not actually be a summary. When you write an Executive Summary, the evaluator should know why to select you without having to read anything else. An Executive Summary should focus on the conclusion you want the evaluator to reach and not on summarizing everything in your proposal.
